Sammie specializes in supporting young adults and college students who are struggling with academic stress, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and substance use recovery. She understands that transitions—whether personal, professional, or emotional—can feel uncertain and overwhelming, and she works alongside her clients to help them navigate change with confidence and self-compassion.
Currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Sammie is under the supervision of Valerie McIntyre, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CCATP, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, professional care with expert guidance.
