The Discovery Session marks a vital beginning to your journey in Executive Function Mastery! It is the initial encounter with your coach, laying the groundwork for a tailored coaching program. An upfront fee of $50.00 is required when booking this session.

- Current Skills Evaluation: We’ll begin with a thorough assessment of your current executive function skills, focusing on areas such as time management, organization, working memory, and task initiation.
- ADHD Symptom Review: We’ll discuss how ADHD affects your daily life and identify specific symptoms that present challenges for you.

- Identify SMART Goals: Together, we will identify Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals that align with your personal and professional aspirations.
- Prioritize Objectives: We’ll prioritize these goals based on what will provide the most immediate and impactful benefits to your life.
- Action Plan Outline: Begin outlining a preliminary action plan that will guide our future sessions and help you achieve these goals.
Fit and Compatibility Check

- Mutual Agreement: It is crucial that both you and the coach are confident in proceeding. Comfort and trust in the coaching relationship are essential for your development. This agreement also acts as a contract between the coach and client for the remaining five coaching sessions, with the client agreeing to pay the remaining package fee of $700.00.
